Don't fill up your tank at this station. I filled up my tank there for 127 NZD, on Thursday 09.07.2026. When I checked the outgoings of my credit card 2 hours later, I found out that not just the 127 NZD were charged also 300 NZD were missing and debited by this station. Luckily I kept the bill, when I called the service number on top of the bill, the guy on the line meant it was a glitch in the system and that he could not help me, to get help I should call the number on the bottom of the bill. It was already 8pm so I only reached a tape with the info to call at business hours. So I can wait now for 3 days, Friday is Matariki so nobody available to talk about this so called glitch and how to get my wrongly charged 300 NZD back.nWhat a crazy scam is this??? Dear Mobil get your stuff together and stop stealing money from customers. Will never go to Mobil again. If I don't get my money back you will see what I am capable of. This is not over yet, an update will follow.
Great location, friendly service. Had everything we wanted at the time. Be wary of the curb coming north making a hard left to the outside pump- very tight turn.
Very poor review, had my car in today for a wof not to be called back very rudely and abused because my cars a modified v8nBecause im a car enthusiast and I take my car to car shows its all legal and perfectly maintained and in excellent condition, then he continued to abuse me on how its a rubbish car and who would want to modify anything like that , I wouldn't suggest anyone goes here
Was here on NYE after a long drive from North Island. Never have I had a terrible experience from a petrol station.The lady behind the counter was very rude to every paying customer including myself during the short time I was there. The self service was not working for some reason, so she shouted through the speakers to prepay. We wanted to fill the gas up and she demanded for us to guess the ‘exact amount’ or less, so she doesn’t have to go through the hassle of refunding us afterwards. She had a nasty tone the entire time, and ironically had a note by the counter that said “smile and be kind” . Better off getting your petrol elsewhere, not worth the disgusting service. Please also fix your attitude, that’s not how you talk to another person.
Stopped in at this gas station, partner went to the toilet while me and a friend were checking over our trailer my friend then went to use the toilet and was waiting for me to use the toilet before we went inside to buy some food l, drinks and smokes for our drive to Nelson. As I headed to the toilet I was abuse by the grey haired lady that I was not alot to use the toilet unless I got gas or purchased something from inside the store. I didn't even get a chance to get in the store to buy anything absolutely disgusting service will be making a formal complaint in the morning. Do better or don't work in customer service
