Story

My passion for exercise comes from a background of suffering from mental illness. I have learned to use exercise as a tool to help battle my anxiety and depression and I am now helping others to achieve the same. From my struggles, I have made it my driving force in life to show others that they can overcome any obstacles and adversity they face.

Before becoming a Les Mills Hamilton Personal Trainer I have worked at Les Mills for the past five years in several different roles and during this time I have witnessed what it takes to achieve success, Resilience - Motivation - Support - Commitment, all of which I can help you to achieve.

My promise to you is I will always aim to motivate, inspire and educate you during your health and fitness journey while keeping you accountable, pushing you to succeed and ensuring you achieve your goals.

I'm also here to provide you with the support, skills and tools to maximise your health, and achieve a full quality of life through a holistic approach encompassing your physical, psychological and spiritual wellbeing/Hauora

Best gym in Hamilton!! Been going for the last 2 years. Has multiple training areas that are all stocked with the equipment you need to do all your lifts squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, cables. It has a large range of machines for isolated exercises and lots of staff including PTs that are super friendly to help, show you around and even offer advice around technique. I was very shy when I started lifting weights and going to this gym, but because of the helpful staff, variety of training areas which means you can always find equipment available, even during peak times, and just the awesome “gym environment “ you get to train in, I have become confident and really look forward to my training sessions. Also, this gym is designed well, with lots of large windows and an outside training area, so you can train in Natural lighting and in the outdoors if you prefer.
Best gym out.. went there couple years had to move gym because it was a 24/7 gym .. lasted a year there and couldn’t handle it went back to lesmills and fit around there times because they were that good
Love the gym and the people there staff and members, sauna is my favourite place, great variety of classes and a big gym with lots of space.
Friendly team, great PTs and fantastic classes. Moved here a year ago and LesMills was big part of us helping to settle and meet some fantastic people.

Great gym! I incredible service, staff are very friendly and helpful. Huge range of gym equipment and classes you can choose from. Bathrooms are immaculate and well equipped with hair straighteners and blow dryers, lockers free to use as well as showers and a sauna.
$30 for a casual workout. Very average for $30.
Les Mills is a great gym lots of equipment, etc... A couple things I would suggest is that it becomes 24/7 sometimes I want to work out late at night or early in the morning.... At peak hour time it is hard to equipment.... But overall it is a good gym...
