We enlisted the help of Vera when our little girl was going through sleep regression and waking up every hour through the night, as well as cat-napping through the day. Vera is so warm and friendly, incredibly open-minded and a fantastic listener. She took the time to understand our situation and where we would like to get to. The home consultation was SO useful, not only to understand what to do but also to have that emotional support on hand as well. We have been quite shocked at the transformation in such a short time...our baby now generally wakes twice to feed overnight and we have a much more structured nap schedule which has been game-changing for both our baby, who seems much happier now she is well rested, but also for us as we now get snippets of time to catch-up on housework or simply to take a break from the relentless-ness that is parenting . Honestly couldn't recommend Vera enough!
Vera helped us with our 3 month old to stop her catnapping. It took only a couple of weeks, and she adjusted beautifully to her new nap schedule and can sleep now without help for 3h.nI also like that Vera came in person to know our little one and adapt her strategy to her and the regular phone calls to follow up the visit were very helpful!

Our little man went through few sleep regressions and I was desperate to get some sleep! I am so pleased I reached out to Vera, not only she helped with the sleeping but with all the feeding milk-solid process! She answered tons of questions and gave us a tailor made programme to follow! She insisted to be consistent and don't give up, which wasn't easy in the middle of the night but we made it!! He is now 15 months and been sleeping through since he is 9months! Thank you so much!!!!
