Nice building, easy to find, good location.nYou have to be careful with parking.nRainbows end carpark is convenient but they don't open for the public during school holidays.nShopping mall carparks have a time limit and a lot of people get infringement notice.nDrive further past the police station there's a parking lot for 99 cars fills up quickly.n,.....nGood luck and have fun.
Let’s face it: hardly anybody goes here unless it is literally required by law. But, as government buildings go, this one is quite nice. The country’s busiest courthouse boasts high ceilings, spacious courtrooms with the modern frippery of large windows that let in natural light, a large central courtyard for vaping. If you’re going to interact with the criminal law anywhere, it might as well be here.
This place is so big and overwhelming. The security guards definitely do their job and make you feel safe. The customer service from the ladies looking after family violence issues however is not as good as it should be. They should be helping people not make them feel incompetent for not completing forms correctly. More training I feel is required for the staff so they can make people feel comfortable to share. After all these people are seeking help and sharing their personal and private issues with strangers. No matter how many people have come through to the counter, each person should be treated with care and support and respect. If staff members have issues with a person, don't take that out with the next person that sits down in front of them. These people are seeking help and guidance they don't need to be looked down on and judged.
Very serious, but also having good workers to keep you calm and entertain with their polynesian humor to lift up people's stress, especially in these circumstances about people's lives about breaking the laws, etc. The security men at the front are very nice and humble men, well done, guys. I love that vibe.nThe ladies at the jury service desk are well presented, welcoming, and friendly. I love that even more. It helps with these people who keep us safe, happy, and confident in every way we go through life. Especially when things are pretty tough.
Have been back and forth to this place alot over the past couple of years and as much as I really want to avoid or not come here, I generally have a good experience.nnSecurity staff are almost always kind and friendly.nnCourt staff are generally nice also.nnDespite long and frustrating court proceedures, the actual court isn't too bad.nnHave spent a fair bit at the cafe over the past couple of years, and the staff there are generally nice.nnNo major issues for me
