Absolutely wonderful experience. We came in and needed a quick turnaround on our old van as we were headed out of town. Rachel and the team were incredibly communicative through the entire process as they made sure we were on the road in time. The van was ready WAY earlier in the day than was quote. Pricing was incredibly fair and the work done was outstanding. Thank you SO much. We have recommended this shop to our family.

Easy and efficient! I called in on the Monday and had my car serviced and done on the Thursday. Absolutely blown away with how easy Chris made the whole process and accommodated my working hours, which meant dropping the car off before they opened and picking up after they closed. I got an invoice detailing everything done and a lovely chocolate surprise on my seat when I picked the car up. Will certainly recommend to all Euro car owners.

I shopped around for a trustworthy mechanic based on their reviews, and boom Neighborhood Mechanics! Went to visit them last Thursday and Owner/Engineer quoted us with a prompt response and booked us in at the same time. Price was too good too. Not only their customer service is exeptional, they fixed my car! Definitely be returning for my next service.
