Massage therapy
Young’s Massage Therapy is a sole proprietorship owned by John W Young, BTSM, BSR. Young completed a Bachelor of Therapeutic and Sports Massage (2009) and a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation (2011) at Southern Institute of Technology. During his time as a Massage Therapist, he has worked on a variety of athletes, sports and other clients. Some of these are:

Young’s massage therapy offer massage in a variety of styles - traditional Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue work, Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy.
John Young specializing in rehabilitation from sport injuries and chronic conditions, but will also work with clients with other needs. John also works as a personal trainer at Advance Fitness Club.
