Reiki is a hands on healing method that helps aid relaxation and reduce anxiety, depression, physical pain and also helps with insomnia and sleep issues. It can also help support your healing journey from trauma, addictions and eating disorders. Reiki is a gental experience. I lay my hands very softly on different parts of your body working through your chakras from the top of your head to your feet, balancing your energy. You will be fully clothed for the session but will need to take your shoes off. You may feel heat or gental tingling from my hands and you may feel a warm layer across your body. Many client's feel so relaxed they fall asleep."
