Story

Yoga for all levels, it is for every make, shape and size. When you start coming regularly you will definitely start to notice an improvement.

It's $10 per class and concession cards are available. Mats are limited to 10 students so please book ahead to avoid disappointment.

I love teaching yoga and the more people that practise and incorporate it into their daily lives the better.
So if the times don't suit you please let me know. We can organise different times for when suits you in order to enjoy the space and reap all the benefits of yoga.
