I would highly recommend Mel Loving! I had a great deep tissue massage with her today. She is very experienced and knows the human body extremely well. She seemed to know all my challenges without me having to talk much. Mel is a lovely person with a great gift for massage! I will go back in the next couple of weeks for sure!

I have had Reiki a few times and Miriam is my favourite practitioner. She is so welcoming and has a calming presence, that you immediately feel at ease that makes you get the most out of the session. She very knowledgable and gives you clarity and insight on what is out of balance in your body. When the session ended, I felt relaxed and more in-tune with my body and mind. Highly recommend booking a session in - even if you have never tried Reiki it is well worth it.

I have had the pleasure of being a client of Miriams for more than a year now. I've thoroughly enjoyed every session with Mim, but especially found our Craniosacral Therapy session today at Tahi to have been incredibly profound. I came into the appointment in a relatively chaotic state, internally and externally. Throughout the session Miriam followed her intuitive guide and helped me in releasing some feelings and sensations that had been growing and boiling over inside of me. With every movement and every breath, I fell into a deeper state of relaxation. When the session had finished I felt like I had traveled in time to a place of safety and comfort, a place I feel I haven't been to in a long time. Thank you Mim for always opening up such a loving and safe space for your clients. I highly recommend Miriam to long time cranio clients and also those who are only starting to dabble in the mind/body realm - you will surely benefit from this!
