That old gentle is a bit impatient and could be said as a bit grumpy as well. Please give your smiles to all customers when they come as this is what you are supposed to do as a staff. Have been here to shop for school uniforms since 2019 and this minor drawback does not affect overall experience.

This store has very helpful staff who would always go out of their way to give you advice or assistance when needed. Always a pleasure to shop here.

Great shop and service. Bought some RMs - realised later that I had wrong size, went back in next day and they were happy to swap for correct size and also threw in a RM belt they had on promotion. Thanks to Shannon and team.

Great store for menswear, they need to have a few more sale items, that would increase interest. The Devonport port shop is great as well.

What a wonderful find this place is! Traditional, quality clothes that look good and will last. Welcoming, informative staff who look after every customer with impressive care at both the Birkenhead and Devonport stores. If one store does not have it, the staff are on the phone immediately to see if the other store does. Just brilliant!

They have a great variety of menswear. We have purchased from here for years and they never disappoint.

I bought a pair of boots here and I picked a size too small. The staff were very helpful to me and gave me a chance to swap it for a larger pair. I am very happy with how it was all dealt with. Thank you
