Poor communication and rude customer service skills. Agreements initially made were back tracked upon resulting in disappointment and broken promises which you really don’t want for your wedding!! Tread very carefully and get everything in writing and signed by the owner
Great customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for Carol, even cancelling her plans to go to the shop on the morning of the wedding to tailor an usher’s suit; not to mention rearranging fittings multiple times during the pandemic. A brilliant range of suits from very traditional to contemporary. Strongly recommend. Andrew&Tash.
We used the Groom Room Southport for our Wedding 1.06.21. We all looked amazing. The shirts we had were thick super high quality luxury and they had exactly what we required. Helpful and bent over backwards for us moving dates. Highly recommend. This place is great and the lady who works there is a hero.
Absolutely brilliant service from the outset. Carol was very professional and extremely helpful. The 1st fitting was brilliant and I felt very confident that Carol had all our correct measurements. The final fitting went just as smoothly. I managed to put a mark on the collar of my shirt, straight away carol noticed it and sent it to the dry cleaners for a next day service. Her attention to detail is 1st class. I’d have no hesitation in using or recommending Carol in the future.
Carol was amazing. We had booked but needed to bring forward the wedding at extremely short notice because my husbands mother was in hospice care. It was an incredibly emotional time and Carol went out of her way to book in last minute fittings and make sure the suits were ready and available. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the the kindness and empathy you showed us.
Would strongly recommend this company, absolutely fantastic. Orginally ordered our wedding suits from another business who went out of business two weeks before our wedding. Had not previously heard of the groom room, but contacted them to see if they could possibly help us and the owner could not have been more helpful. Went out of her way to make us appointment that day, out of hours, and was determined to help us. Arranged a fitting and suits for our grooms party within days that fitted perfectly and were of the highest quality. The service was amazing throughout. They can not do enough to help you and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you for everything. Only wish I had gone to the grooms room originally.
Great suits and no hassle. Carol will certainly look after you. From our first meeting I knew we were getting quality. She has alot of experience and knows her business industry well. She is very flexible and excellent at keeping in touch. I would certainly recommend using grooms room. We got all the grooms men and father of the groom suits from there.
Quite honestly, a great experience from start to finish. Carol, the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. From our 1st visit right up until the big day Carol was on hand to ensure our day went without a ‘hitch’! Even after uncle Mike putting a ‘couple of pounds’ on between fitting and the big day Carol wasn’t fazed and had another suit couriered to her shop without delay. The suits were great quality and very comfy. Overall, I was made up with everything and our big day was amazing!!! Thank you Carol I will be recommending you to all my friends and family!!!
