Purchased the Mini Slumber from this shop. Smooth transaction and good communication, they reply fast on their website chat. : Highly recommended! :

Customer service is bad - Bought a slide a while ago and the stickers came damaged and unusable. Tried to contact them via email, they said would need to request but never received any other updates about my request.

We brought a pool table with combination ping pong top. Pros = Fast delivery and very easy to put together. All the parts were there too! Huzzah! The pool table is reasonably solid, looks great and we’ve played several games already. Its turned a boring room we never used into the hub of the house. Cons= Delivery was to our local depot . .. I imagined it was to our door. It’s big and heavy… trailer required! You need 2 people to lift off the ping pong lid when changing games.  Pool table doesn’t have a D marked on the felt or a spot where you place the triangle. Despite this we Highly recommend

Bought an inflatable paddleboard from xtreme imports. Love it, quick and easy to setup, awesome quality. Was so happy I went back and bought one of their surfboards. Their customer service was great, went above and beyond for me, would highly recommend them.

I have purchased many items from Xtreme Imports for my Godgrandchildren if theres such a thing!    The service is unfailingly friendly and helpful, delivery is very fast and on time and the quality and pricing is great.  I would recommend Xtreme imports to anyone. Sadly, you've missed the point. Yes, we want a refund, but this product needs a recall! You have sold it to us, and presumably to others, without any indication that sunlight seriously affects the product's structural integrity. Then you added the suggestion to the product AFTER we made our complaint like it was always there. That's so shady! You never even provided us an opening to return the product, you told us it was "out of Warranty" and ignored the complaint!  A video of 'willful damage'? Perhaps you are referring to the demonstration we sent of how incredibly easy it was to literally shatter the plastic support arms of the swing set because of less than a years worth of sun? I mean what do you want? A video of my child impaling their face on a shard of plastic? Seriously, did you not watch it and wonder if the force my index finger was able to excerpt turned it to shards, how much more so would a child climbing on it?  Further, as previously explained, we discovered this when we merely picked it up to move it! Watch the video again and have another think.  Don't palm us off as some difficult customer, we are parents and genuinely concerned about the wellbeing of our, and others, children. Stand up and take responsibility. Recall the product.

So enjoy shopping here something for all ages including us big ones. It's so worth the money, my niece and grandchild love their toys.. so do I cause they are entertained for hours. Thanks guys
