Stores hours states on the website that they open at 10am. I sat here and waited until 10:49am and I called this number 4 times and no answer. He finally answered on my 5th phone call and told me he was 5 minutes away and was in Otara. Disappointed by this lack of service. Only came to Papatoetoe because you stocked a product I needed. No longer will I be a customer of your supplement store.

I got some suppliments from them and got it sent to Melbourne. Iove these items and it was so quite simple to use their site just as conversing with them via telephone. They have great client assistance and know their products really well and are quite helpful.

Wasted my time driving here to find nobody here and doors closed, it is 10.15am. Maybe update your store hours if 10am has changed or at least put a note on the door.
