"Western Springs AFC is a New Zealand amateur football club in Westmere, Auckland, with Seddon Fields as it's home ground.Formed in 1989 when Point Chevalier AFC combined with Grey Lynn Celtic, the club's rich history dates back to 1923 and includes the histories of Comrades FC, Grey Lynn FC, Grey Lynn Comrades United and Grey Lynn United.Western Springs AFC is one of New Zealand's largest clubs with strong junior and youth programmes and senior teams that compete in the regions highest leagues; Senior Men's and Women's teams play in the NRFL Premier League."

Best summer footy in Auckland in terms of level and organization. FootballFix works wonders

Always like the football tournaments here. Mix of turf and grass fields. Good shop and club rooms.

Love to come here and watch the boys after getting my kouign amann and silly little coffee. Not a great team but love to watch it nonetheless! Go stripeys!

I didn't go inside. The toliets downstairs were disgusting. At facility for Intermediate girls football champs and was very disappointed. Fields were use able. But I worry about all those tiny little rubber beads ending up in the local waterways.

Always some good and challenging football games there, during championship or practice on Wednesday night. Really enjoy the club for a beer best price in Auckland! with team mates + nice food

Want to get your kids into sports but don't know anything about it. Sign them up for soccer at Western Springs. Friendly people, really well organised. And artificial turf means you won't be cleaning up mud all winter. Fantastic experience. My daughter is in her second season and loving it. There is excellent support if you want to have a go at coaching too.

Waiting on a refund because my son doesn't want to play once the season started. Really fast with taking the money but so slow to give the money back! I'll change my review once the refund comes thru!

Nice grounds, and club rooms have ample space to relax during or after a game. Has tap and bottled drinks. Staff are accommodating.
