Constantly out of stock and deleting popular lines of food. Their ice cream is now smaller and constantly pushing out good brands for their own.
This is a small stool compared to what I'm used to up in Auckland but very clean staff are very friendly has everything that you could need very happy to have gone on to the store.
Never in my 34y life have I been to such a useless big chain supermarket.. the local 4sqaure is hands down more reliable even the dairys can be too.. if it wasn't for them I'd have to drive to Morrinsville to buy half decent produce. I've given up pointing out the expired or mouldy food on their shelves as theres never been a visit that has been ok its either rotton food or they dont have basic stock. The icing on the cake was the fact they don't open till 8am now yet the 4sqaure is open
Pokey little selfscan shelves when u have to Svan a trolley full of groceries. Never enough checkouts open. Yet they can stand there and watch u scan and pack yr own.
