Great place for a shopping experience. Laid out well with no hindering isle stacks. Signage and ticketing is better with honest prices or discounts. The rewards card is alright in accumulated points but the basics like milk, bread, flour, eggs, sugar etc... should accumulate better points. Otherwise great teamwork.
Staff is amazing. Downfall is there shelves always running out of stuff.They need a new freezer. There were no frozen items for 2weeks.Freezer is fixed now.
Great store with friendly staff who are customer focused. Good selection of products, clean and very tidy. Good parking with well kept parking area. Nice to see rubbish free and trolleys well parked up.
This is a small stool compared to what I'm used to up in Auckland but very clean staff are very friendly has everything that you could need very happy to have gone on to the store.
Never in my 34y life have I been to such a useless big chain supermarket.. the local 4sqaure is hands down more reliable even the dairys can be too.. if it wasn't for them I'd have to drive to Morrinsville to buy half decent produce. I've given up pointing out the expired or mouldy food on their shelves as theres never been a visit that has been ok its either rotton food or they dont have basic stock. The icing on the cake was the fact they don't open till 8am now yet the 4sqaure is open
