The chicken and chips are super good! 8/10 times I've been in the chicken is moist and not dry! With the chicken salt is so yummy and the chips are cooked to perfection

One or two things i went in for not instore abit disappointed but generally a great store..love the new makeover outside with hanging plants etc well done

Awesome staff nice an friendly, all you need in one shop. Post office, fruit veges, and groceries. It's all there. This shop maybe little but it has a great range of everything that I can get in the big supermarket. And the changes in the shop are awesome. Go in and have a look, ohh they also sell chicken and chips nice and fresh an hot. And you can't forget the Post office, great staff. News flash news flash.... Always fully stocked shelves. Meat always looks so fresh.. Friendly helpful staff, great help for the elderly. And they have cooked chicken, tenders & chips piping hot ready to go. They made it yummy with chicken cooked through. You can even get a stamp, post a letter & do banking. No harm checking it out.

Very busy shop. Can't understand what the shop keeper is saying. We speak kiwi English here and to be successful they need to learn our language. Customers don't like then talking to us in their language as we have joined what you're saying which makes it impossible to ask for help

Excellent shop. Even though you pay a little more it is well worth it. if they don't have what you want they will get it in for you. The two brothers are a credit to our town, and I hope they stay here. And the fact that they are now stocking Barker's goods, wow that is a bonus. All the very best guys, you have done well.
