I didn’t get the name of the man, however this evening I had the most pleasant experience shopping when the entire store was out of plain Greek yoghurt. I asked a worker for assistance to see if there was any out the back and he bought back multiple different brands and extras for other customers. He was just so polite and lovely, I felt the need to leave feedback.
Very disappointed on Tuesday. A number of shelves missing basic items. ie. Long life Barrister Milk, plunger Coffee, small boxes of Roce Risotto. Come on guys, you are encouraging shoppers to go back to Pac'N'Save.
I am a regulars for shopping at Woolworths mind you we usually shop at stoke Woolworths, I am a 56 year old grandmother and stopped in to the Richmond Woolworths on my way home with my grandson...and she refused to sell me alcohol! even after explaining that he was my grandson!! I will not be coming into this store again! all he wanted was sweets i have never had this problem anywhere else!!
Couldn't find or they were sold out of alot of basic product. And I found alot of items passed best before date, as well as the Checkout person being just plan rude. Will not be back
There is a girl in here from I'm guessing Canada who is very rude and refuses to empty your basket. The poor lady I front of me had a very bad arm she asked her to empty her hand basket and she just stood and watched her, then watched her pack her own bag.. bad customer service
