Currently undergoing a major renovation to provide a state of the art supermarket in the heart of Pukekohe. The store has been extended as has the car park. The new fit out is crisp and clean, making shopping at the store a much improved shopping experience
The kitchen/deli area doesn't have bags to put the hot food in. The nice lady there said they used to have those silver insulated bags to keep the food warm and prevent spillages but they don't have them anymore. When asking the manager, she confirmed they don't have them anymore and there is no planned replacement. That's it. Just no way to keep the food warm and contained without bringing your own container. Wth?! ‍
I understand you have made upgrades to the building and have switched your brand to Woolworths.. but that does not mean you should drop your service standards.. Use to be a friendly place to shop.. seems the friendliness left with the Countdown brand..sad really!!
