Currently undergoing a major renovation to provide a state of the art supermarket in the heart of Pukekohe. The store has been extended as has the car park. The new fit out is crisp and clean, making shopping at the store a much improved shopping experience
HOPE THIS MESSAGE GETS TO THE OWNER OF THIS STORE!!!!nWAS SHOPPING QUIETLY WHEN THIS WOMAN WITH SHORT COLORED FUNNY LOOKING HAIR FROM ONLINE DEPARTMENT WAS RUDE TO US BECAUSE WE ARE ON HER WAY.nTHERE IS ALWAYS A WAY TO APPROACH CUSTOMERS WITHOUT BEING DISRESPECTFUL, I OFTEN COME TO THIS SHOP TO BUY SOME ITEMS AND SEE THIS WOMAN ALWAYS HAVE FROWN ON HER FACE SO ALWAYS SCARED TO ASK FOR HER HELP. SHE ALWAYS LOOK SO BOOSY LIKE SHE OWNED THE SHOP.nPEOPLE LIKE THAT WHO CAN'T PROVIDE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING THERE.nI ALWAYS JUST MOVE ON AND GO BUT TODAY WAS ENOUGH FOR ME.nI HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION BECAUSE THIS COMPLAINT IS NOT JUST ME BUT TO STOP THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT TO OTHER CUSTOMERS.
Close for me. Convenient. Rewards app is interesting though I haven't used it enough to understand it yet. But costs aren't so bad and I can get my water for relatively cheap per bottle
