The checkout operators are wonderful. They greet you with a smile and talk to you so it's not an awkward moment of silence. The staff stacking the shelves are also helpful if you can't find what your looking for they go out ofntheir way and show you. Love it. Keep it up team
This is our new and local supermarket. Driving approx. 23k's from our home, is well worth the time and fuel. Everything we need are all here, and you can't go wrong with the quality and pricing!! Surprise us some more please
I was served by Jesica at the check out today, and I got the best customer service ever. She was extremely friendly, greeted me and my daughter with her smile. She arranged our groceries very carefully into our trolley, and conversed with us cheerfully. Her customer engagement is superb. She’s an asset. Keep it up Jesica. Thank you for ur friendly nature.
Coming from New Plymouth, Puke Pak'n' Save was massive...loved the deli & bakery setup. Layout bit strange but we visiting... so meh!
Clearly items aren’t out of stock… if you gonna stock the shelves, stock the applicable price with them.nnNo wonder the shelves were full, no one wants to buy items if they don’t know the price. 2 of many examples during my shop.
