Stopped in here on our trip from Kapiti to Bay of Plenty and asked if they had the chiller bags. These staff went above and beyond to see if they had any. Checked basically the whole store to see if there were any... so nice even though they had none. Thanks team!
Went to get groceries yesterday and left without many basics as the shelves were empty. This included the Coke Zero on special, Woolworths own brand biscuits, dried fruit mix, bread, 4 different spices, frozen prawns, and the fruit and veg was abysmal, wilted and stale looking. The amount of gaps on the shelves was really, really noticeable. Very frustrating and makes for an unappealing place to shop. Given the prices you would think at the very least the shop would be well stocked and the food on offer would be decent quality.
Great service at the checkout! A concern over a couple of water spills in an aisle with no safety signage in place to warn customers though.
I would like to give a huge shout out to the 3 different staff members who have done my home deliveries. All very polite, smiling and motivated. Credit to store as face of your deliveries. Thank you.
