This is the second time I have been refused to go through the self checkout with under 15 items claiming I had too many things. Asked the manager to count my items as I only had 12 things and then she proceeded to make another excuse, well done to the boy at the counter he was good chap but the manager needs some serious customer service training.
Manipulative, rude, condescending and just awful customer service skills. Honestly Liz if you don't have proper customer service skills then maybe you should have payed more attention at school so you could get a better job, one that doesn't require customer survive skills ‍.
If I could rate no stars I would. The grumpy lady named Elizabeth guarding checkouts needs to be replaced immediately. Never experienced such disgusting customer service, for her safety let her go. I don't think the next person would take that kind of disrespect.
Worst customer service ever! Liz needs to honestly go or be retrained around her attitude. Poor service reflects back onto the store.
Elizabeth Drake dear oh dear... you seriously need to learn some manners and respect especially when you are working In a customer service role... not only are you rude and pushy towards elderly staff, but it genuinely seems like you hate your Job..... news flash ! No one is forcing you to work there.
