Good place for groceries. Prices are relatively higher than PAK N SAVE. But its a different channel. I don't know why most of the people work in any of the supermarkets in town don't carry a smile.
One of the best places for your shopping in Invercargill. The best thing is that it is open till midnight. A well arranged place, with great customer service, a great car park and a wide range of products. Veggies are comparatively fresh from other places. Frozen foods are also good when compared to others. All in all Countdown is awesome.nnI have bought one blender from there, and after 3 months it stopped working. I got to them and without any issues they gave the full refund that I paid for the product. Really good customer service :
Very well laid-out, well stocked, bright and airy. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Enjoy shopping here.
Checkout operator was fantastic forgot to get her name but she was very welcoming easy to talk to. Shop was clean easy to get around
