The standard of produce is terrible. Fruit in particular - I don’t even know how they sell most of it.nnI went to buy a chicken on the 6th of June and by chance I checked the use by date on it and it had expired the day prior.nnThe bakery has also removed the baked on dates for most of its bread.
The place to go if you are looking to purchase a variety of foodstuffs at a reasonable price. Look for weekly discounts on select items. Sunday and weekday afternoons appear to be the busiest times here. Convenient location is hard to beat!
Huge, spacious, lots of variety. If had more hot sauce options, would get higher review.
SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK HERE!!!nI have shopped here for years and was horrified to be chased outside of the store by one of the self-checkout supervisors and made to come back in the store and told by a second supervisor that I should of kept my receipt when I selected no.nNo apology when they realized it was THEIR mistake and so rude.nIf one of the three supervisors had been watching and doing their job they would of seen me scan and pay for my goods.nHad a call from the Manager but nothing more was said other then they checked CCTV Footage and went through processes and training.with stuff.nTerrible shop, terrible experience and terrible outcome!nVery tempted to take this matter further and a very humiliating experience and upsetting too!!!
I'm especially fond of their chicken and chips, the breast-strip-snack-pack.nAlthough I think they usually put on too much saltnAlso the staff are very helpful and friendly, I couldn't imagine a better customer experience
