The store boasts a wide array of merchandise, a clear and concise layout, and ample lighting. The discounts on offer are generous, and the frozen section offers a diverse selection of food items. The staff members are generally friendly, and parking in the vicinity is plentiful. It seems that the store is never overly crowded during my visits.
Customer Service Zero, Troleys everywhere but not in the Entrance nearly every day higher Prices. Looks like the Owner think, Customers are Dummy. A lot of Specials they was before much cheaper. Example; $13 for 5kg Rice than Special $14.90, Chicken $13.90 than $14.50
Lovely countdown. The people are very good who work here and friendly makes it great.nAlso food prices in comparison to new world and Pak and save lots better. Thank god for this . Hopefully owner of this countdown keeps it this way.
Not a fan of the new c&c. Must park in designated park and must ring bell outside.... So if you need to pop in and get some extra stuff you must 1st find a general car park then go get your extras, pay. Go outside and move your car to the correct car park and ring the bell. Whereas b4 you just parked wherever, got your extras, at the check out younwould pick up your c&c on the way out. It was much simpler. They won't even let you go the 20ft down to the c&c door, oh no. You must walk all the way around and you must move your car. What a pain in the ass.
Harry at the checkout needs a payrise, what a helpful fun person best you have had there in the few years of being here.
