I usually go to Countdown My roskill, but at the start of lockdown new world has had smaller lines, good selection of products.

Great service. Staff quick. Good layout. Excl. fish choices. Fresh F+V. There are 4 Cntdowns closer but I prefer here by long shot.

Good tidy supermarket. Well stocked. My go to during lockdowns because the lines amd wait times are alot shorter.

This store didn’t emphasise scanning in at all and had only empty hand sanitiser bottles at the front door during level 4 lockdown. In store they had wet wipe stations instead of hand sanitiser stations.

Lovely clean supermarket situated within walking distance to other stores, takeaways, bank etc. I love that it has products that are different to Countdown. It is not a particularly large store but I always manage to find what I want and they have a great selection of products. Staff are helpful and friendly. I visit here often.

New World staff are awesome. Can't say the same for the unlicensed security that are contracted as security there though.

You get almost every required grocery as well as daily use item here... from fresh veggies to meat and also a range of liqour... great well kempt place. Recommended.

New World Mt Roskill is great. Had to queue to get in due to level 4, but once in found it very well laid out and organized.

Always good service. I would've given a 5 star rating if the hand sanitizer dispenser hadn't been empty. The one near the exit. This has happened for 2 visits. We are in the midst of Delta variant lockdown.
