Thank you to the kind lady who brought out my online grocery order last Tuesday at 3.30pm. She was so cheerful and sweet. These cheerful people brighten your day when you collect your food.
Basic Countdown supermarket that doesn't particularly stand out one way or another. Doesn't have the specific things I was looking for which the Christchurch one does have, so 4 stars instead of 5, but overall it's fine. Definitely big, clean, well stocked, etc.
Good day for shopping. The supermarket parking has plenty of spaces, wheelchair people are welcome too. Every day has different offers on sale and want to mention the staff are friendly and helpful. I was little bit struggling on the wine department because couldn’t find any mention of whether the wine is sweet or dry so I took one and I will see.
If you have no other option, then it's ok. I found some items to be overpriced in comparison to Chemist Warehouse and the selection of fruit was very limited
