This is my go-to countdown - It's friendlier than the other one in Ashburton, and I feel the layout is way easier to shop. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes there's only 1 or 2 checkouts open, and I'm not a fan of self-service. But I think everywhere is heading that way, which is a shame.
Always clean friendly staff good prices
Not impressed with Countdown South with the way they continuously put new stock in front of old stock and this has been brought to the attention of management and they don't care. Goes to show they know nothing about stock rotation..... so sad
When i went in a few times i found this countdown a great place to shop.nThere was always enough trolleys and the trolley bays werent over filled.nThe kids free fruit basket was always filled with a variety of fruit.nI feel like its tidy and has plenty of different specials.nThe staff are very friendly that they pack and put your bags in the trolley. How is that for service. Well done thanks for making my visits a pleasure.nAlways a great countdown to go to
