Every day, we are committed to providing attentive care to each resident, focusing on their physical health and psychological needs.nnHere, we have state-of-the-art facilities and a comfortable living environment to ensure our residents' quality of life. Whether it is daily living care or regular health checks, we uphold a high level of responsibility and strive to do our best. We also carefully design a variety of activities and socialising opportunities, aiming to enhance residents' enjoyment of life and social interactions, so that every day is filled with smiles and vitality.nnIn my interactions with the residents, I have a deep sense of their happiness and contentment, which is the greatest motivation for our work. Seeing them enjoying their lives here and feeling the warmth of home makes me feel very proud and satisfied.
I was very impressed with Wimbledon. On each visit I could see that the grounds were clean and cosy, giving a feeling of peace and relaxation. The rooms are spacious and bright with modern and reassuring facilities.nnWhat makes me feel most gratified is the nursing staff, who are not only professional but also caring. Every time I see them interacting with my mother and taking care of her, I feel relieved. Whether it is daily life care or unexpected minor problems, they are able to deal with them quickly and appropriately, reflecting their deep concern for my mother. Besides, various social and recreational activities enable my mother to maintain a positive mindset and enjoy life.nnOverall, it is like a big family and makes me feel that my mother can be well taken care of and loved here. I am very happy with the service and environment at Wimbledon.
I have been very impressed with Wimbledon Villa in Fielding. My mum has been staying here for almost a year now and the care she receives is outstanding. The staff here are very compassionate and professional. On my last visit I forgot to buy winter pyjamas for my mother, however the management have promptly bought her two new sets of beautiful winter pyjamas. For this I am very grateful to all the staff for their help in keeping my mum is warm in the winter.nnI appreciate that the staff encourage residents to get more involved in activities, including outings to local attractions and attending various indoor activities that the environment is peaceful and welcoming, the facilities are clean and tidy, and there are beautiful courtyards and cosy communal areas that make it feel like a home from home.nnOf course the place is not perfect and there are occasional hiccups that arise, but the management and staff respond positively and deal with the issues appropriately. This makes me feel even more comforted and reassured.nnAll in all, Wimbledon Villa is a very good place for my mother, providing her with excellent care and a high quality of life.
Not impressed with my elderly mother’s stay this time . Staff were told she needs help with dressing, this did not happen until her fall a few days into her stay that was not reported to us until 24 hours later and they didn’t know how long she had been down . She had a full medication pack for 4 weeks she was only staying 2 weeks somehow the night packs were all used before the 2 weeks was up , yet they tried to say she wasn’t sent with that amount ; who filled out the medication chart for each shift ?. Health and Safety seems to be non existent without Willow to run the ship . Laundry is apparently done on site yet they managed to loose 9 articles of clothing that are clearly named . Then there is the large bruise on her left breast that has not been reported; was an incident report filed . She won’t be coming there again and if I could give a negative star review I would which is a shame as the other stays were brilliant.
