In the last 2 years we have lost 3 members of our family. My father, my wife's father and just recently my Step Mum. I was fortunate to find Shane, Andre, Rachel and the team at Cottons Funeral Home here in Feilding to take care of all of these funerals for us.nShane and the team were just what we needed in our time of mourning. He took control of everything and guided us on what we needed to do.nHis advice was invaluable for us as we mourned. We would never have been able to do it without them.nI would not hesitate to recommend W J Cotton and Son. The care and respect they had for us as a whanau and for our loved ones was fantastic.nFrom having a live stream event for our whanau overseas, to organising the service and video montage's. Everything was done well and professionally. We are grateful for all the team did for us to alleviate the worry of the funeral and allow us to mourn.
Cottons worked alongside our family through what was a very tough time. They covered everything with absolute merit and sympathy, couldn't thank them enough for their Platinum Service.
My family and I have used the services of William Cotton & Sons twice in the last year, firstly for my father’s funeral in June 2021 and again in May 2022 for my mother’s funeral and we have nothing but praise for the help, guidance and support they gave us during what was a very difficult time in our lives.nnShane, Andrae, Jeanette and Rachel made us feel so calm and relaxed about the whole process, our experience with them was like a family interaction, they were so friendly, understanding, compassionate, kind and respectful, they took the time to get to know us and genuinely showed an interest in finding out more about my parents and what they were like. Their attention to detail was amazing, they did everything we asked of them and more and nothing was ever a problem for them, they went above and beyond to ensure that the celebration of my parent’s lives was just perfect and was carried out in such a caring and professional manner from start to finish and we will always be eternally grateful to them for honouring my parent’s final wishes so beautifully.
Highly recommended. My family has used these guys for generations.
