I absolutely love this spot. Their bread, pastries and coffee are AMAZING. Every time is the same quality and taste. The staff are really nice and fast.nI usually go to get a flat white which is one of the best I've had in AKL and a sweet treat. My boyfriend is the one who gets the bread and we love the flavour and variety they have. Highly recommend.

There are many collection to grab fresh healthy grain or wholemeal bread. Plus, medium rich coffee ready to go always!

The ‘Monthly Special’ black lentil sourdough is really nice. I also like that the air bubbles in the Wild Wheat bread are small, making it easier to use.

I’ve always stuck to Mt Eden Village, so I had no idea there was such a fantastic bakery so close by! From the outside, you’d never guess just how many amazing baked goods they have—the display case is absolutely packed with a huge variety. Seeing so many customers coming in and out, it’s clear that this place is well-loved by the community.nIt’s great to have such excellent service, even early in the morning. Choosing what to eat is definitely a challenge because everything looks so good—what a lovely way to start the day!nThere’s a bus stop nearby, but this place truly feels like a local gem. Mt Eden Village is great, but I’d definitely recommend making the trip out here—you won’t regret it!

Wild Wheat in Mount Eden might be one of the best bakeries I’ve ever visited. The sausage roll was the best I’ve ever had, the sandwiches were spectacular, and everything on offer was simply outstanding. The service was warm and genuine, matching the quality of the food. No hyperbole: this place is incredible.
