We asked the waiter if the chefs were Thai. He assured us they were. The food however didn't taste authentic. Looked more like a Chinese copy of Thai food. Red curry didn't look, nor taste like red curry. The pad Thai didn't have much flavour.Food: 2/5
Went there for family dinner. Food quality was below average. Pad Thai didn’t taste anything like an authentic pad Thai, it was just a bowl of noodles with some random sauces had to search for meat in it. Ordered green curry, it was just a bowl of thick coconut cream with veges. Service was below average and staff was not at all friendly
Friends and I went here for dinner one night while on holiday in Rotorua and this restaurant was fine as a first experience. We were craving Thai and this was closely located to where we had parked. I ordered the sizzling beef and a curry with chicken. Service could have been a bit more attentive.
Had a great experience here. The restaurant is very clean and has comfy table and chairs. Hats off to the attended who made us welcome and looked after us so well all through. Food came much earlier than expected as the restaurant was buzzing. Delicious food at a fair price. The lady owner was nice, kids were given a free bottle of drink. Highly recommended, A++
Walked in sat down. Deciding what to it took longer than it took for food to cook!!! And it was yummy!!! Maybe it a little bit pricier than non Eat Street BUT the fast cooking made it all worthwhile. Seafood dish had lots of prawns too!
What an amazing evening we had. Service was instant. The food was brought out in record time and was hot and tasty. One of the best Green Currys I have tasted. Friendly helpful staff. We will be back.Food: 5/5
Had dinner with Green Curry with Chicken, Sizzling Beef and Stir fried vegetables. While my family loved the beef, I adored the Green Curry with Chicken! The sauce was so tasty I could lick the bowl clean. Place is spacious. Staff were attentive. Service was quick. Definitely recommend.Food: 5/5
We had a great tome there. Food were nice.
An ok experience here. Very busy with lots of family's coming here for dinner. The restaurant was not very accommodating for vegetarian and/or vegan substitutions. Worth a visit though for sure!
Their fried rice and tom yum is absolutely divine and delicious. I’m from Auckland and have only been here twice and it’s what i look foward to getting everytime I come to Rotorua! Only let down was the pad thai but besides that the price, service and fried rice was thanks
