Ponsoby is a beautiful, swanky and lively pub with amazing cocktails and intriguing company. This is a bar that I would frequent no matter what city it were in. I especially love the music oriented vibe. If you're looking for a great night out, Ponsoby Rd is the place to be!!
Excellent friendly service! My only disappointment was that hubby and I didn’t go there early enough to stay for more than one drink. We’ll be better prepared next time :
Had a few drinks here the staff were great and the atmosphere was good but the the cocktails were fantastic.

A great place to chill in good company. The staff were friendly and professional. I enquired about black asahi and was able to test it before finding my new favourite. Only downside was that I hadn't realised when we settled in that they had removed their menus and no food was available forcing us to move on.
This bar is at its best later in the evening. The fitout is lovely and the small areas create an atmosphere where your all snug and close together. Great for a group of friends to finish and evening out in.
.No order taken for drinks. Waitress chewing gum. Furniture very tired looking including uneven table tops. Meal at a reasonable standard. Waitress attentive once meal delivered & friendly.
Delicious and awesome wait staff. Have to deduct a star as our order was wrong, one meal re made and came back missing key ingredients.awesome place though
$20 for two drinks. Good wine. Nice chilled atmosphere, comfortable outdoor seating, good music, busy but not too busy, quick service at the bar. Could do with some more toilets!
