Always friendly just do these people a favor by going to your gp first if you are sick when you are sitting with an injury its frustrating looking at all the mums come in and out with sniffing kids that should be home warm in bed till there doctor can see them. There name stands for accadent and emergency not make kiss my booboo!

Visited them on Good Friday great service with them. This white cross is a lot more friendlier. The doctor was great with my daughter and same with the nurse we saw. When I asked the doctor a question he answered it and didn’t make me feel like I was silly to ask.

Staff were very helpful. Aware there a long wait times but everyone was happy to answer queries and do what they can. Nurses and Drs were really good.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Surath is abolutely unprofessional. Avoid going here at all costs

The nurse and doctor were extremely professional, experienced and lovely to deal with. They achieved a great result resetting a broken bone. Went before 7am, and was seen within 15 minutes.

Worst emergency ever!!! You wait over 3 hours to be seen and in such a big clinic there’s only one doctor working. An absolute rubbish of a clinic. Please don’t waste your time coming here.
