White + Wong’s Auckland

Love this place! Beautiful view of the harbour, great decor, friendly service, excellent range of drinks/cocktails/wines, and above all, delicious food. The weather outside was terrible, but you completely forgot about that as soon as you stepped foot inside. We dined early, so it was lovely and quiet when we first got there, but as the restaurant filled, it did become quite noisy. That said, it was vibrant noisy, with people enjoying themselves and the food, so a big tick for atmosphere too.

Ordered the “Feed Me” menu and had enough food to feed a small village. The food and service that was delivered was beyond amazing, definitely Michelin star quality. Thank you Shray for the amazing dinner experience!Food: 5/5

Cannot fault a thing as always!!! I always come over when visiting auckland. Beautiful views too. It is popular so advise prebooking and getting an outside table by the water. Wide variety of cocktails and massive menu for everyone's taste. Quick and friendly service at a very reasonable price. They could easily charge more for this amazing food.

Asian fusion restaurant on the Waterfront by the Viaduct. Excellent decor and atmosphere. Best to make a reservation, as it was busy even on a Tuesday night. The food is great for sharing, so you could order some dumplings for starters and a main each. Great service and quality tasty food

The atmosphere is excellent, view of the harbor, the outdoor seating and overall inside. One of the best peking duck i have had. The dumplings were very good as well, along with the pork bun. My favorite was the money bag. The only reason i could not give 5 stars is the prices are very high or the portions not big enough for that price. If money is not a factor, i would highly recommend it.

I've been to this place a few times and they've always maintained a high standard. The view outside the restaurant is great during the summer. It's definitely on the upscale side so it's not cheap, however the food is absolutely amazing and the service is top-notch.Food: 5/5

Really enjoyed the food at this branch of White & Wongs, and in my opinion was better than the restaurant in Newmarket! Highlight was most definitely the soft shell crab - incredibly delicious and well seasoned!Food: 5/5

Very nice and cozy restaurant located in the beautiful harbor. They are serving tasty Chinese dishes, the service is very good and fast. Food was tasty and the atmosphere is very nice. They have different types of tables arrangements, all are nice.Food: 4/5

Busy noisy restaurant with cheap quick asian fusion food. Dishes are tasty with a wide variety. Recommend the Bang Bang Chicken Salad if you like spice and the Massaman Lamb Curry for delicious flavours and no heat. The deep fried ice-cream was not pleasant. The batter was way too thick and gluggy. Also not a fan of the gluggy Bao Buns although the Prawn Dumplings were very tasty and light.

Awesome place with a cool vibe. We arrived late on Good Friday after just landing in Auckland and asked if they can accommodate a gluten free diet for a coeliac. The waiter came back with a marked up menu of the dishes which can be made gluten free safe for coeliacs.
