White Hart Hotel, Hawera

Absolutely enjoyed our time here I love the upgrades made. Some fond and great memories here This place is flourishing and I'm here for it. The service was amazing and we had loads of fun x we will definitely be back just want to thank the staff who made it happen. Forever gratefulService: 5/5

Place is good. Rooms need a proper clean before other guest go in as me and my partner had to clean our room ourselves. Staff is nice and understanding. Another thing is not allowed to have visitors up stairs, that really sucks. And also I got told it's a shared "KITCHEN" but it's only a table in the lounge with a jug, toaster and microwave ... Other then that it's ok. Thanks.

Toilet was clean , basin and shower not clean, wish I had checked the mattress and pillows before I slept in them because I wouldn't have,they were disgusting. Both sides of the mattress had hideous stains,the so called mattress protector filthy and pillows yuk .Staff were pleasant enough but the bed in room 7 seriously needs replacing!!!! The dinning room next door staff awesome clean and afordable

Stayed here with my Dad when he was on a business trip way back in the early 60’s. It doesn’t seem to have changed much since then - except for the restaurant which is very nice and had a reasonable priced menu with great choices. Foods is well presented and very tasty. Even you are just looking for somewhere to eat in Hawera, lunch or Dinner go here.

I just love the old hotel pokie area is so roomy and nice, plenty of ethic people go there is which I like they make the place,if the owner does upgrade the toilets he going to get more people in there, bar lady Joanne is wonderful.go the white hart. Toilets still not done, boohoo!

The ole White Hart Hotel in Hāwera. It's not the flashest pub you'll ever visit, but it does have character and charm, although it can be hard to find these at times! Still worth a visit if you're keen on Karaoke or they have a live band on.
