Sophie is a amazing host at The Park Motel. Going beyond all to cooking breakfast, to turning on the room lights and heatpump, working around my work hours to make sure I'm ok and getting the most out of everything. Have stayed here several times and the standard of service never falls. Extremely honest staff. Forgot a fancy water bottle once and came back two months later and it was returned to me. Such good folk. Thanks.Rooms: 5/5
A good motel. We spent one night during the new year holiday, as there was no vacancy at New Plymouth. The room was tidy and quite big, all facilities were quite new. The motel manager a Chinese girl is very nice and friendly. She told us a lot of local stuffs. Good one, recommended.
Beautiful place to stay. We checked in late and the self check in facility was easy to use. Our heater in our room was on so we walked into a nice warm unit. A home away from home. Staff are friendly and very approachable. Thank you Park Motel, we will be back

Very easy to check in after hours as our littlest baby was not enjoying the travel up so arriving to our room last night was so peaceful and well worth the trip up thank you to Sophie and her amazing team for making us feel so welcomed.
Well presented. Very clean. Comfortable beds and great pillows. I really liked the extra touch of complimentary cookies on the counter and milk in small glass bottles.
Stayed here overnight. Lovely room, very comfortable and clean. Hadn't pre-booked; host very welcoming.
Lovely clean units.. Warm with a home away from home feel.. First stay the lady at the front desk was great to deal with, last nights stay, same lady, very helpful, as it was a late check in she txt to let me know details of my room etc..
