They had lots of options of books, there were even some manga which was nice to see too even if the select was small. There was also a lot of the expansions to the exploding kittens game that I plan on getting at some point. The store itself is still nice, has a great layout and the presentation of the books has always been great

I went in to this store today to get a voucher and whoever the lady with short grey hair is needs a lesson in customer service. Short tempered and rude. I won’t be coming back.
Reasonable book selection considering covid has affected supplies. Ones I'm wanting not due till Feb or even March. Quality toys and art gear. Could do with a few more staff. Wheel chair access overall good.
Rosina mid 50's grey hair really let the team down. An elderly lady was obviously confused but Rosina wouldn't give her the time of day try and explain, infact I'd say she mocked and bullied the lady before Rosina walked off. Fortunately other staff made an effort in assisting the lady. I enquired about the price of something Rosina snapped the price was on it, I'd missed the sticker l decided to leave it which obviously upset Rosina because she thumped it down on the counter and called to the next customer in line behind me when I was still putting my purse away. RUDE!
