Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Problem with tracing a parcel sorted efficiently with a positive outcome.
Usually have a lovely experience here but the person who served me today rudely told me I shouldn't have applied the customs sticker myself and twice my parcel was thrown onto the weighing machine hard enough that one of the items made a clunk sound. Wish I had of said something at the time, will avoid being served by them again.

Great stationery and book store, friendly and helpful staff. Not so thrilled they're also a postal outlet too now, but they seem to be doing an ok job of that. Stationery process for back to school are great and their delivery service for stationery has been a godsend in recent years!
