I cannot praise the card I received at Whangarei Hospital during my stay 22 - 26 January ‘24. From the minute St John’s handed me to ED and later up to Ward 2 the kind, caring and professional help I received was outstanding. So impressed. I just want say a huge thank you to everyone. From the shy young cleaning lady, the nurses and doctors- you are all amazing. Bless you all

The new Paediatric Ward is top notch. Can't say enough about the high quality carer beds in the rooms. They are so comfortable. Also the comfortable lazyboy type chairs. A great investment for the carers. Noise reduction in rooms.is pretty good too. Service by staff has been excellent. Thank you for making our stay in hospital as good as it could be.
Went for a colonoscopy and from the receptionist to all the nurses and the Dr I could not have been treated better. Everyone was absolutely fantastic with their professionalism and friendly manner.nI hope the management give them the credit that they deserve.nThank you
Hi my name us Trish and I have had months of waiting for a hip replacement. The person that kept me sane through some very tough times was a lady in Orthopedic Bookings. Tina was her name and she was so professional, caring and always listened to me through some of my most irrational times. Pain can do that to people. She always made me feel like someone was listening, treated me with kindness while explaining the situation that was out of her hands. She is the type of employee that should be recognized for her abilities and valued by the whole organisation for the way she carries out such a difficult job.
