Our daughter spent the last two days in hospital with an infection. We are very thankful for the care that she received. All staff, from the emergency department to children's ward were friendly and attentive. We felt comfortable and well treated. There was a long wait in the emergency department upon arrival and we hope that this issue will be sorted out soon for the sake of the doctors and nurses who are working so hard so give the best care for their patients. A huge thank you to all of you.
Just spent a week in Whangārei hospital unplanned and got major surgery. The entire team have been fantastic. Not just kind, patient and friendly but also really switched on to the small details. They made me feel very safe in their hands.nnWards were clean, food was surprisingly very tasty, everything ran smoothly despite healthcare being so underresourced.
Great hospital. My husband and I were on holiday when he developed appendicitis and needed surgery. The nurses on the 4th floor surgical ward were excellent, as were the ED staff who admitted him and the CT team who imaged him. We felt very well cared for throughout.
We like to thank the ED staff, particularly Dr. Masayoshi Kusanoki. He was fantastic—very friendly, highly professional, and took the time needed to assess my husband properly after he got some influenza related complications. His diagnosis and choice of medication led to significant and immediate improvement. We truly appreciate the high standard of care.
Was told 4 to 6 hour wait time in ER was taken care of straightaway all staff were so lovely and so good at their job made me feel comfortable when I was in the most pain of ever been in had me sorted out quick and fast a big thank you to the nurses and Dr
