We did a private surf lesson with Hannah and she was such a good teacher!! Thank you. We can fully recommend it!
Recently did a surf lesson here and had such a great time! We were all beginners and Ash did an awesome job teaching us and giving us advice on how to improve. Big thanks to him and the rest of the team :
This was my first time learning to surf. My first session was great. Did a quick lesson on he beach around where to position myself on the board when paddling, how my posture should look/feel when paddling, how to get to my feet and where my feet needed to be on the board. My instructor helped me catch the waves and explained how I knew which waves I could catch. They got me standing on my first go, and I was stocked. We continued to catch waves, and they helped critique my technique and what I needed to improve on. Once the hour lesson was up, the instructor advised to make sure I looked back at the beach to choose a reference point in case I drifted down the beach. She let me stay out there and continue practicing until I was done. By the end of it, my arms were so tired as I had done about 3 hours on the water. The next day, I had a new instructor for my second lesson, we did a quick check on the beach to check my posture and pop up and then straight to the water to catch some waves. Most of this lesson was critiquing my pop-up and trying to catch some unbroken waves, which was pretty cool.nnOverall, it was a great experience, and I am grateful to the 2 instructors who helped me.
Did a lesson with these guys and had an absolute blast. The ladies set us up nicely and we’re very welcoming, and instructor Niles ? from the Netherlands was outstanding, very patient with a couple of first timers and had us standing up in no time, totally recommend these guys, and parents do this with your kids rather than drop and go!
