This place is fantastic! Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Having only recently moved to Palmerston North, I feel lucky and privileged to have been able to enrol my family here.
Reception never answers the phone, and one woman in particular is very rude. Average wait of 30 mins - 50mins for pre booked appointments. Doctors and nurses are great.
The staff and the Doctors are nice and supportive. I am totally satisfied.

I go here for Line Dancing with Norah. Thank you Norah. Have been since the mid 2000s. Always enjoyed every day I've attended..and meeting the lady's...and the ones who have been teaching me ever since I started. Thank you Anne..and Margaret. I was able to participate because of my crook knee.
Had my 2nd covid vaccination. Impressive Team from the first administration to having vaccine and then monitoring for 20minutes after with a cuppa tea and biscuit. Great work.
Have some really great services Caress for the young and the Elderly Kaumatua. They have worked hard to get to the standard they are at today, I recommend to a number of people about the services that they provide. I enjoy taking the elderly for line dancing, we have been going for 18years. Thank you.

I came here as a casual patient and had a good experience. My appointment was mixed up and due to their systems going down I wasn't informed. However the lovely receptionist organised a different dr to fit me in which was awesome
