First time visit, found the service excellent, made to feel at ease by both the receptionist and the specialist in attendance. I arrived at the clinic on the advice of my grand daughter after she received the same welcome previously . What a lovely team! The receptionist and the lady who removed my ear wax were both extremely polite and friendly and it was the most gentle ear wax removal I've ever had! I couldn't recommend Virtue Ear Care more highly!
My daughter had been scratching her ears and felt something's blocked and so we've decided to try Virtue care. So easy to book an appointment through their website. Their staff are accommodating. The vibe of the place is also welcoming! So thankful how Ruth handled my over dramatic kid which by the way, did not cry while the procedure was ongoing!
