Westshore Surf Life Saving Club is a voluntary, community service organisation.
Member Lifeguards patrol the beach each summer between Labour Weekend and
late March to provide protection to the beach going public.
Westshore beach is the most popular beach in Napier and is used regularly by
residents and visitors to Napier City.
