At Parents Centres we believe that parenting is everything! We support parents through the early years because great parents grow great children.

Story

Our programmes include:
Antenatal (pregnancy and childbirth) classes - preparing for the birth of your baby.
'Baby and You' – advice and tips on surviving and enjoying those first months with your newborn
'Parenting With Purpose' – consciously focusing on how you want to parent your child
'Magic Moments' – strategies for discipline and communication with your child
'Return to work' - being launched soon!
We also run many other specialised parenting programmes (such as Baby CPR, Toilet Training) tailored to meeting needs of our community.

Hawkes Bay Parents Centre is one of 52 Parents Centres across the country.We know that parenting is a huge life change because many of us have been on the same journey. Parents join for a coffee group or antenatal class and leave feeling rejuvenated, supported and understood.Our programmes support and educate parents with children of various ages and stages of development."
