Story

I am originally from Germany, where I spent more than 27 years in Real Estate and Financial Services. I looked after a large number of clients and still have contact with many of them.

I have a good working knowledge with regards to properties from my own experience having both owned and managed private and investment property portfolios.

My family and I moved to beautiful Papamoa in 2011 and have since established our family business providing the local community with German cuisine. My wife Wanda takes care of the day to day operation, while I am focused on Real Estate requirements for the residents of Papamoa and Mount Maunganui since June 2013. Our son Kevin, finished schooling at Mount Maunganui College and is now studying at Massey University.

I believe my background in home ownership and my vast knowledge and experience in sales for more than 30 years will benefit my clients.

My goal oriented and concentrated work style is always focused on understanding my client's needs and includes

Werner was very involved and very helpful from the  outset of the process of selling my property.  He explained to me the procedure he was going to go through,  and then did it with the minimum of fuss.   Always easy to talk to , he had the patience to guide me through what the  process of selling my house would be, and he managed to do just that in what seemed like a very short time.  I always had the real impression that Werner was going the extra mile for me .  On Open days he was always punctual,  and directions and signs to the Open Home were planted in the ground in the mornings, even though the house wasn't 'Open' till the afternoon.  He was in regular contact with me throughout the process to keep me updated when it was necessary to do so, and I would have no hesitation in engaging with Werner again, to sell or buy a property.  In short, I am very happy with the service.

Werner was wonderful and very easy to deal with right from day one. Werner is a good-natured and very diligent sales agent. He always kept me in the loop with what was going on behind the scenes which made me feel at ease during the whole process. Werner is also a handyman! He fixed my shower head and kitchen cabinet and I realise this might seem minor to some, but for me whose not skilled with the tools was such a big help. I would definitely recommend Werner to my family and friends as I honestly felt he went the extra mile for me and worked hard to achieve the result I was after, and for that I am truly grateful.
