Rebecca O'Connor was an absolute pleasure to deal with for the entire duration of her being our property manager. All communication was quick, detailed, and easy; no task was too big or small, and was always attended in a timely manner. Every inspection and conversation was genuinely enjoyable as she's a delight to talk to. HIGHLY recommend working with Rebecca; we would take her everywhere with us if we could!

Rebecca was our agent for our last rental in Papamoa and we count ourselves very lucky to have crossed paths with her! She was always super efficient when any issues arose and kept us updated on everything, it was a breeze. It’s hard to find a good agent who you can get easily along with while maintaining a professional relationship but this gal is amazing! We are actually so gutted to be moving on from Eves & Rebecca : but I will definitely be keeping her in my contacts!!! So grateful that we had her as our property manager : Highly recommend!

I have worked with lots of property managers and Rebecca is the absolute gem. She handles the tricky cases very smoothly and always with a warm heart.  She always replies and acts promptly when there's problems and tries her hardest to solve them quickly. I absolutely recommend her for your properties and I am very happy to work with her.
