Its been just over 2 weeks since I brought home my new Smart Motion Pacer and I am in love. I did my research before popping down to the shop on Thorndon Quay to check it out. There I was met by Terry and Jenny Steven, who had one in store for me to test ride. I wanted to ride it home that day! After a very short wait of barely a week they had ordered, built and safety checked my new bike. I was also given great in store discounts on not only the bike but a new helmet, lock and pannier. Pays to visit these wonderful people in their store for not only great deals, but fantastic advice. I feel very secure in my purchase and that they will continue to provide fantastic customer support. Thank you to the entire Electrify Wellington team. I am very much enjoying my new bike thanks to you. And appreciate the advice on how to best care for it for years to come.
Terry & Jenny epitomise what a family run business should be, friendly, knowledgeable and also able to offer great deals on their range of products. Really happy with my purchase of the bike, plus a Thule car rack and after day one, have ditched the company car and biked to work for the first time! Good to have the confidence & support from a great " Bricks & Mortar " family business.

Electrify sell a small range of good quality, good value bikes. My wife and I both have e-bikes from there. I had some teething problems with mine that were easily rectified. Good to deal with. Recommended

I spent a lot of time looking at prices and specifications and Electrify Wellington came up for the best value for money. I chose the top of the range. I wanted grunt to get me places and a big battery to keep me going longer. The machine I got is like a rocket and has the looks to go with it. Its not cheating. I now go a lot further and have reliability. Its everything I wanted. I have got up to 40kph easily and gone up the steepest hills. Its fantastic. I cant walk far because of a bad back and at 74 this bike has got me to places I couldn't go to and out getting the fresh air. It has all the bells and whistles that other bikes advertise. The electric monitor is colour and easy to use. The service has been outstanding. Everything was explained and nothing has been of any trouble. I am not paid to say all these nice things. I am just so pleased with my purchase and everything has justified my first thought to go to them. Ian Possenniskie.
