Staff and owner are very nice. They have the best price in town!!! Would recommend them to everyone. I was already thinking of buying my next bike here soon. Store is very generous in giving discounts. Had a slight hiccup but problem was quickly resolved.
Excellent advice and service. Wanted to know about us and the intended use and then worked through options and budget. Really good communication and follow-up through out the "buying a new E-Bike" process.
DO NOT TRUST THEM. I bought a Campagnolo Ekar groupset from Cycle Sceince. Being in Australia, I was not required to pay New Zealand's GST as I would be charged Australian GST when it arrived. For their accounting reasons, Cycle Sceince required that I pay the full amount plus the NZ GST NZD $458.71 which they assured me would be refunded after the groupset was delivered. It was delivered in a timely manner, however my constant requests for the refund of the GST have been ignored.
Helpful staff and a good selection of bikes from kids to adult Ebikes. Parts and spares are priced about right and not as expensive as Evo Cycles.
Brent and his team were AWESOME, kept me up to date with when my bike was arriving, as per everything with COVID delaying everything, When my bike arrived I travelled to Wellington to get it, Brent and his team were so helpful even spending time setting up my bike for my weight and height AAAA++++ great service guys thanks
All staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with over the last year have shown exceptional customer service, fair prices and excellent skills and knowledge. Their workshop team is professional, understanding and willing to discuss and listen to your personal needs in detail and have shown that they care about both you and your bike as if it is their own. Excellent communication. Top quality wheel building. Highly recommended !
Eight bikes later from my sons first bike through to mine and my partners bikes. Great store great service they actually want you on the right bike for you. Would not go anywhere else. Thanks guys keep doing what your doing.
Bit hit and miss. Staff seem to enjoy having their own chats rather than helping customers. Staff were having a rather political discussion about Trump etc! Simple things take a while. Had a bike fit that was great. Wouldn't recommend for anything other than an off the shelf item.
Store won’t meet competition on price. We found the same bike at Torpedo7 for $547 versus their price of $749. Claim their services in the 12 months are worth the difference…. Shop around people! Protect your wallets.
