Highly recomened welcomes homes! They did a fantastic job selling our property, ans chased solicitors and other selling agents throughout for us nothing was too much trouble, and although our sale did not go through due to a last minute drop out at the bottom of the chain, welcome home kept me updated and found this information out before I was informed by my solicitor! Highly reocmened they go above and beyond for their clients

This is one of the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with and would recommend everyone to use them.  Everyone is so helpful and friendly and always responds to emails and returns calls promptly. I dealt mostly with Abbey and I cannot recommend her enough. She went above and beyond to help me in my search for my new home. She was incredibly helpful and supportive doing absolutely everything she possibly could to help. I’ve never had anyone understand my situation and care so much to want to provide that much support and help. I truly appreciate all the help I’ve had from this estate agents and especially Abbey. I cannot thank them enough.

We used Welcome Homes to sell a property in Scawsby. The service was seamless from start to finish. We were kept up to date every step of the way. Olivia was brilliant nothing was too much trouble. I definitely recommend Welcome Homes

AVOID Left a property early and handed the keys back. Asked if i should cancel the standing order for the rent. Answered yes. Proceeds to still take rent payment anyway.  Note they relied on this review saying they paid the rent refund back in full. They deleted it soon after because they didn't. Bad communication customer service  REPLY: No I asked if i should cancel the standing order. You relied yes. THIS is misreading. As you then claim half of the money was yours. DON'T do something then do the exact opposite. This is not a good experience

Lisa and team were excellent in co-ordinating the sale of our existing property and the purchase of our new one. Personalised service, and great communication throughout. Would highly recommend.

A great experience from start to finish.  Hassell free, always kept up to date with progress by Olivia.  Always there to answer any questions, and very patient with me.  Would recommend Welcome Homes and would definitely use them again.  Nice people, professional throughout.
