From our initial meeting with Wei Sen we knew that we had made the right decision. Wei Sen showed genuine interest in our family - he took the time to get to know us and understand our goals for selling our home and moving to the next chapter of completing a new build. Wei Sen has the perfect balance of effortlessly professional and extremely personable. As first time sellers we felt really looked after the whole way through. Wei Sen’s team were brilliant to deal with, we had a young baby and they were always happy to work around us. Honestly, we can’t think of a negative experience the whole way through. Couldn't͏ be happier! Richard and his team were a fantastic support, from advice around presenting our home to the intricacies of disclosures and conditions. The photos were beautiful, the marketing was on point, and after a week we were presented with numerous offers that blew my mind. Richard then helped us find our new home.
